Care Candidates

Our clients employ people from a variety of professional backgrounds, they welcome the diversity of experience, skills and knowledge. Among the qualities they require are honesty, integrity, reliability, energy, compassion, and commitment to providing the highest standards of care.

They provide to all care staff training and support to pursue National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ), and improve their English language skills. They also provide an Induction Training course to ensure they comply with statutory training requirements when you commence employment. Continuous training is provided thereafter.

All selected candidates will have the initial training, regardless of any previous experience or no experience at all. Although, experienced candidates with related qualifications are highly desirable.
